This first note from Kathryn below is several years old—and it's included on the back cover of of the second edition of Disability is Natural: Revolutionary Common Sense for Raising Successful Children with Disabilities.

Jordan, our wonderful nine-year-old who happens to have Down syndrome, is doing great, thanks to your book! He is now playing basketball on the regular recreational team in our city, attends Boy Scouts, and sings in church programs. Thanks for making a difference in so many lives!

We moved to the Atlanta area and Jordan is still doing great. He is such the typical teenager. He is going to basketball camp (regular one, of course!), taking drum lessons (earplugs, please), and dating (YIKES)—going to the movies and hanging out, but still girl crazy.
