Having a fiance and nieces and nephews who love you unconditionally made me realize something. Of the many labels I have had or been given, "husband" and "Uncle Daniel" are the most gratifying labels I've ever had, even including the positive stereotypes. That's really what it's all about. Spending the weekend with my nieces and nephews or being with my fiance after a long day and feeling her unconditional love for me has taught me about what really matters (Hint: Getting the most degrees or going the farthest in order to prove your "success" isn't it).
